Chandra Bradley is the co-founder and COO of Prism Layer. An execution-driven risk leader with more than 25 years across global banking, consumer lending, and fintech, she has stood up enterprise risk functions from scratch, rebuilt underperforming programs, and delivered regulator-ready operating models in complex environments.
She began her career in management consulting, advising financial institutions on operating redesign, customer experience, and cost transformation. Early exposure to executive decision-making set the method she has used since: diagnose the real issue, build the structure, and drive it to completion.
Her senior risk roles span Washington Mutual, Visa, Oportun, and Block. She has led multi-region governance rebuilds, remediated high-stakes regulatory findings, and created board-level reporting that gives directors a clear view of exposure, trends, and tradeoffs. The work earned regulator confidence across multiple jurisdictions and stabilized programs under scrutiny.
At Prism Layer, she brings the operational discipline and governance architecture required to scale risk intelligence. She excels at operationalizing ambiguity and democratizing risk to empower teams to make fast, defensible decisions at scale.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pitzer College and an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from Stanford University.
