Liam Kenneally is the Founding Chief Revenue Officer at Prism Layer. He brings over a decade in DC’s venture, fintech, and policy ecosystem, with deep fluency in how regulated organizations evaluate, procure, govern, and scale technology.
He engages risk in commercial terms: every business opportunity carries risk, and the bottom line reflects how well it’s managed. That foundation was cultivated solving global challenges early in his career at Bain Capital and United Airlines. His official risk tenure began in 2023, when he joined Stratyfy following its $10M seed round to lead business development on the cutting edge of AI in banking.
At Stratyfy, he partnered with top financial institutions to deploy machine learning and AI for credit, compliance, and fraud risk management. He pioneered the early adoption of frontier technologies by bringing regulators, bankers, technologists, and advocates into action-oriented coalitions in DC and beyond. His work on modernizing the financial system has been presented at the World Bank, IMF, Atlantic Council, and Chamber of Commerce, among other international and federal bodies.
At Prism Layer, he brings the domain fluency and coalition craft required to take risk intelligence to market across regulated industries. He builds the commercial case and institutional alignment that turn innovation into lasting impact.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and certificates in International Law and Entrepreneurship from Oxford University.
